Spinach ham cheese springroll

- Boil spinach. Quickly boil. Then pour the water out wait untill spinach warm

- Make the white sauce : put the butter in tha pan then fill with minced onion fried with low gas. Then fill milk and flours and salt and black pepper. Then fill ham and boiled spinach all mix together in the low heat. Then wait until the sauce get cooler.

- Prepare springroll pastry with mossarella cheese and then the sauce on top with cheddar cheese. Roll all together.
- 4
- Fry the springroll in the pan with the medium heat.
