Pineapple Cube Biscuit

Flour
3 cups
Butter
1 1/2 cup
Icing Sugar
1 cup
pineapple jam/paste
1/2 cup

Mix butter & icing sugar until soft.

Add flour into the mixture & knead it.

Take a small portion, fill it with pineapple jam/paste and make a small ball.

Press it to square mould, for shape, keep in the freezer for 1 hour.

Take it out from the freezer and arrange biscuit in a baking tray, bake for 20 minutes.
