Mix eggs, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic and shredded cheese. Bake the mixture on a flat tray at 180C for 30-40min.

After baking it, cover omelette with a plastic wrap and let it cool down 10min. After cooling down, arrange on the top of omelette sliced cheese and bacon and roll everything using plastic wrap.

Put the roll in the fridge for 10min before serving.
