wheat pie

yellow and green capsicum

fish fillet

Pat olive oil , salt , parsley evenly onto the fish fillet. Cover in foil and put into oven. 150 degrees celcius , 17min .

Meanwhile , cut the capsicums into small pieces . Cut the onions too. Stir fry them in the pan. Add bit of salt and sugar. Cook until soft. Put in metal plate.

Put olive oil in pan . Fry the wheat pie on one side for 2 min , then another side. Fry until browned and crispy. Put in a large plate.

With the heat off, immediately crack the eggs onto the pan directly. Quickly scramble the eggs. Serve on top of the wheat pie.
