Pate**: Boil the chicken liver together with the cut onion, butter and milk until the liver and onion are ready. After let it cool and blend the ingredients and add salt and pepper.

Tuna filling *: Mix/Blend the tuna and the mayo then add the salt and pepper.

Mayonnaise: Smash the boiled eggs with a fork, add the raw egg and mustard and mix well. Add the oil little by little and mix them.

Assembling: Cut the boiled eggs in half and take out the yolk. Then fill the glairs with the already made filling.
