It's been a while I see Chinese cooking from Yukari San,you always do it like you are a Chinese!This one absolutely spot on,love the colour of the sauce and nice consistency too!Must be really good with rices!Many Chinese prawn dishes keep the shell and head on,but I am specially fond of those witho
without,like this,apart from the ebi chili,I also like 淸炒蝦仁 and 龍井蝦仁,small size river ebi done in a colourless sauce( the latter add 龍井 tea leaves) ,absolutely divine!This one is harder to make at home,I'll take you to restaurant for them,if you are in HK!
Back to your dish,you even took care of the
decoration,these fried rice vermicelli look so good,I actually love to eat that too.Looking at the ingredients,I know thats a great soup at the back,goes so well in this Chinese meal!

Thank you,but I can't be cooking better than you with Chinese cuisine,frankly I think you have more experience,but I have easier access to different Chinese dishes in here,that's it.About 龍井蝦仁,I think it's dried tea leaves that they use,may be steeped in water first before out into the shrimps,but I
have to find out more to be sure.Ok,rare and good dishes,whenever I come across,I will let you know!
