Choc Moist Cake

レシピ
材料・調味料
Wheat flour
2 cup
Baking powder
1 tea spoon
Bikarbonat (Soda B.P)
1 tea spoon
Cocoa powder *
1 cup
Sugar *
1 cup
Cooking oil *
1 cup
Sweetened creamer *
1 cup
Hot water *
1 cup
Eggs

This marks * Mix and cook on low heat for 5min

whisk the eggs in a bowl

After the * mixture is cooked..add in the bowl with the egg

Add in wheat flour, bikarbonat soda, baking powder and stir well

into a container and steamed until cooked 30-40min (I use three pan cake)

Topping
1cup cocoa powder
1cup sweetened creamer
1/2 cup cooking oil

(Double boiler)
