custard filled cornets

材料・調味料
milk
1 1/3. cup
butter
5tbsp
egg3
1
sugar
5tpsp
hot water-yeast -sugar
1cup-2tsp-2tsp
flour
3+cups
vanilla extract or powder
作り方

first mix yeast+hotwater+sugar. and set a side for 10min than put in a large bowl

in that same bowl. add egg +milk +butter +sugar +vanilla and mix well

gradually add 3 cups of flour in small ammounts and stirr in between

cover the dough. and put in warm location for 2 hours

you may need more flour. shape the dough. into a long thick line and put it around the cornet moulds starting from the pointy side

into the oven for 15 to 20 min

fill with custard or whipped cream
