Scampi
2kg
Tomatoes
3pc
Chopped parsley
3tbs
White wine
300ml
Salt, white pepper
Olive oil
200ml
Garlic
5cloves
Bread crumbs

作り方

In a medium sized pot, bring a water to boil. Pierce the tomatoes and soak them for a few min, then take out, peel and chop.

In a wide bottom pot, heat the 150ml olive oil and add the scampi. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add garlic, tomatoes, 1/2 chopped parsley, white pepper and bread crumbs. Shake the pot to combine all the ingredients.

Add white wine to the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes on low fire.

Serve sprinkled with the rest of chopped parsley.
