Sushi rice: 1 cup rice 2 cups water (or less by preference)
Add Yam cubes, shiitake mushroom, olive oil and a dash of salt and black pepper. Microwave with a plate as cover for 6mins. Then add into cooked rice.
Skewer: 1. Soak skewer sticks in water 1min (so that it won't burn in oven) 2. Prepare skewers and dab with sauce mixture (BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, a dash of brown sugar, sesame oil and olive oil) before putting into oven. (200c topdown for 10mins, then flip dab sauce and another 10 mins top)
