Vege Mutton Skewer with Taro(Yam) Rice

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Sushi Rice
Yam
Shiitake Mushroom
Vege Mutton
Young Ginger Slice
Cherry Tomatoes
Japanese Cucumber
Skewer Sticks
Olive Oil
Oyster Sauce
Black Pepper
BBQ Sauce
Sesame Oil
Brown Sugar
Salt
作り方

Sushi rice:
1 cup rice
2 cups water (or less by preference)

Add Yam cubes, shiitake mushroom, olive oil and a dash of salt and black pepper. Microwave with a plate as cover for 6mins. Then add into cooked rice.

Skewer:
1. Soak skewer sticks in water 1min (so that it won't burn in oven)
2. Prepare skewers and dab with sauce mixture (BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, a dash of brown sugar, sesame oil and olive oil) before putting into oven. (200c topdown for 10mins, then flip dab sauce and another 10 mins top)
