Pineapple Pork Ribs

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
baby back ribs
2pounds
potato ,peeled and cut into chunks
1 large
pine apple
1pcs small can
white onion ,peeled and chopped
1whole
cloves garlic ,peeled and minced
2
ginger,peeled and minced
1 thumb size
pineapple juice
1 can small
soy sauce
1/4 cup
cooking oil
2 tablespoon
salt and pepper to taste
作り方

in a pot over medium heat, heat oil.add potatoes and cook ,stirring occasionally ,until lightly browned . remove from pot and drain on paper towels.

add onions ,garlic and ginger and cook until limp and aromatic.

add ribbs and cook ,stirring occasionally ,until lightly browned .add pineapple juice ,soy sauce, pineapple tidbits and water. bring to aboil , skimming scum that may float to top.

lower heat,cover and cook fir about 40mintes to 1hour or until meat fork tender ,adding more water in 1/2 cup increments as needed.

add potatoes and continued to cook antil tender. season with salt and pepper to taste.
