Homemade Mango Kulfi

Cream
600ml
Mango puree
400ml
Sugar
3tsp
Salt
a pinch
nuts(optional)
to garnish

Blend /gently whisk the cream and mango puree together until it almost doubles up!

Add sugar,salt n blend

pour in an airtight container and freeze.After 2 hours take it out and whish it again.This action makes the ice cream/mulgi extra smooth.
