Add the dry mixture into the egg & milk batter. Mix well.

Lastly, add the cool melted butter into the batter and stir well.

Have a pan on low fire, add small piece of butter and swirl around the pan. Pour out the excess butter. Add a scoop/ ladle of the crepe batter into the pan and swirl around the pan to make a thin crepe. Once the edges curl up, it means the crepe is done. Carefully lift the thin crepe from the pan onto a plate and repeat the steps for the next crepe.

Have a wooden spoon and 1 chopstick on hand; makes working around the crepe easier.
