Cut the onion in small pieces and then fry it for 2min with 50ml oil. In a large bowl, mix well the onion, meat, raw eggs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and the cooked rice.

After mixing, divide the mixture in 2 equal parts. Take one part of mixture and put it on a baking tray, put on middle the boiled eggs and then cover the eggs with the other part of mixture.

Form it into a cylinder then in a small bowl mix the mustard with 50ml water and smear it on the top of the Drob.

Put it at the oven for 60min at 180C. After baking, let it cool down then cut and serve it.
