Shrimp Yaki Udon

Hi! Haven't been around due to Hurricane Sandy. Still now power on my block as of today 😥 This dish dated back to the night before hurricane landed on Monday, Oct.29th.

Been wondering where you've been the pass few days,so glad to know you are alright,I guess most places are still closed for business....

Things are going back to normal slowly~ but with another storm coming on its way tomorrow, don't know if current situation would go worse again :( Let's have our fingers crossed!
