Chicken Nuggets - healthier choice for Kids 🎒

材料・調味料 (9 人分)
Mincemeat chicken
400 g
Plain flour
5 tbs
Egg
1
Onion - minced
50 g
Egg white

Garlics

Bread crumbs
1 pack
作り方

Mix meat with flour & egg + mince garlic with pepper salt n sugar wisely and onion.

Grease a square small pan with cooking oil then put the meat inside the pan, flatten n steam till done.

Wait till the meat cool then cut into a square or any shape that you like:) prepare a plate with flour. A bowl of egg white n a plate of bread crumbs.

After cut them take it one by one put into the flour roll it then put into the egg white then into bread crumbs. Fry them till brown. Or you can keep the nuggets in the fridge for the following day:)
