Salmon blini

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Whole meal flour
1/3 cup
Plain flour
1/4 cup
Baking powder
1 tsp
Milk
2/3 cup
White vinegar
1 Tbsp
Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Crème frâich
100ml
Smoked salmon
100g
Fresh dill
作り方

Sift together flours and baking powder.

Whisk in egg, milk, oil and vinegar

Cook blini in a lightly oiled frypan over a medium-high heat until golden, using around 1 teaspoon of batter per blini.

Allow to cool. Top with a teaspoon of creème frâiche, small portion of smoked salmon and a spring of fresh dill.
