Balsamic Kale & Cherry Tomatoes with Smart Bacon

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Kale
2 Handfuls or more
Cherry Tomatoes
10-15
Balsamic Vinegar
To taste
Smart Bacon
5-6 pieces
Salt & Pepper
To Taste
作り方

Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and cook smart bacon as directed, to crisp, and remove from pan.

Add kale and sauté down.

Add balsamic vinegar.

When kale is cooked down, cut cherry tomatoes in half and add them to pan.

Remove from heat and let tomatoes warm in pan.

Add salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY!

This dish was excellent with Smart Bacon. If you prefer real bacon, by all means... add it! It will be delicious with real bacon too.
