Ingredients :
Salted Fish
Luncheon meat
1 pot steam rice
3 eggs
White pepper
Light soya sauce (half tbs )
Sesame oil (1.5 tbs)
Cooking oil (2 tbs)
Separate frying pan :
Fry salted fish til crispy
Fry Luncheon meat til crispy
Heat the wok
Add in cooking oil and fry scrambled eggs. Stir a while then add in the rice and mix stir...
Add in the fried crispy salted fish
Mix well
Add in fried Luncheon meat
Mix well for 3 mins
Add cut spring onions
Mix well.
Add light soya sauce. Mix well.
Add sesame oil. Mix well.
Stir Fry for 1 min.
Add Pepper. Mix well.
Serve with Chilli Padi or just eat on its own with your favourite drink and favourite movie at cosy home. 😛💁💓
