- preheat oven at 150 degrees celcius, melt butter & mix well with sugar using an electric mixer

- add beaten egg & orange juice slowly to mixture
- 3
- sieve flour in a big bowl, then add in mixture & fold till mixed well
- 4
- add in mixed fruit & fold well
- 5
- grease a cake tin & pour cake mixture in, bake in oven for 2.5 hour (stick a skewer/knife in to check if cooked completely)
