In a pot, add the pork meat, bay leaves, salt. And sliced garlic, add the whole pepper and water - enough to cover the meat then boil it.
2
When the meat is boiled (around 1 hour and 30min it will take to boil) turn off the heat and take out the meat from the water. Let the meat cool down well.
3
For the dough, mix 1tsp of dry yeast with 350ml warm water and 1tbsp of sugar.
4
Add dry yeast mixture into the flour, 1tsp of salt and 50ml of olive oil. Knead well until you will obtain a firm and not sticky dough. When the dough is ready, let it rest at warm place for around 1hour.
5
After 1hour, take 1quarter of the dough and leave it aside. Take the big piece of the dough and gently rolled it or you can use your hands for making it flat.
6
Make the dough rectangular and spread mustard on top of the dough, add mozzarella, Parmesan and parsley.
7
Put the pork meat on the dough, and gently roll together with the dough. Fold the sides bod the dough, closing them together.
8
Take the remaining quarter of the dough and roll it too in rectangular. Using a knife, cut the dough stripes. Put the stripes on the top of the roll.
9
Put the egg on the roll and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake it 200C for 30min. (Preheat the oven to 200C)
