Potato Loaf

材料・調味料
200g bread flour
60g AP flour
85g water in which the potatoes were boiled
110g unseasoned mashed potatoes
60g young levain starter
1 teaspoon salt
40g softened butter (unsalted)
30g sugar
1 large egg
25g egg for egg wash

The bread is made with leftover mashed potatoes. Soft and tender, slightly sweet, it goes well for any fillings: ham and cheese, cream cheese and jelly, whatever.
