Heat up the pan put 10 gm of butter, olive oil Saute onion, garlic, green peas and stock in the pan until its get cooked lastly finish with 25 ml cream and seasoned it.. Take the blender and blend the peas mixture in a creamy texture. keep aside

Heat up another pan for a sauce in a slow flame, add 25 cream, 20 gmbutter, lime caviar and seasoning, stir it gently until its get semi liquid consistency. keep aside

Take another pan and heat it up pour some oil and 5 gm butter seared the seasoned scallop with salt and pepper

On the scallop shell based the green peas puree topped with 2 pcs seared scallops, pour the sauce on top and served hot
