1 Prepare the Fondue Caquelon and prepare the table that afterwards all is quick ready.
2 Slice the bread in about 1,5 - 2cm slices then make big cubes out of it and place them on a plate. If you like to put fruits in the Fondue prepare them as well. Very nice are green Grapes from Italy🍇, Apple in Slices, peach. For vegetarians you can also take carrots, broccoli you steam some minutes before. Also very nice are grilled mushrooms with garlic and herbs and a little white wine.
3 cook the Black Tea
4 Grate the cheese. Preheat the Caquelon on middle temperature. Peel the garlic and make very thin slices. Put the garlic in the Caquelon and let it roast a little. Give the cheese in it.
5 Take a bowl and mix the white wine with the Kirsch and the stark in it. Now give this to the cheese and stir well. Heat goes up☝ and always stir with a wooden spoon with hole in the middle. If the cheese us all melted and looks homogenous and gives fine lines if you put the spoon in it and you can serve the Fondue.
Serve it with Black tea and some Kirsch water. Black tea and Kirsch are good for feeling better afterwards. 😄
