Baked Ziti

The pasta was al dente, the red sauce was sour, complimented by the mozzarella cheese that covered the top of the pasta and stretches so long if not cut, the way we like it..not the sweet Filipino styles. There were chunks of big button mushrooms but I'm not fond of them and I wish they were smaller
