almond ginger cookies 🍋 lime glaze

candied ginger, chopped

icing sugar
140g
butter, diced
175g
flour
250g
nuts, powdered
70g
lime

salt

作り方

Chop the ginger. Take 1tbsp and set aside for the icing later.

Combine ginger, icing sugar, butter, flour, finely chopped nuts (powdered) and salt and mix until the dough is smooth. Set aside and leave to cool for about 1hour.

Roll out the dough on an lightly floured surface (about 1,5cm thin) and cut into squares or triangles. Leave to cool again (~30 minutes).

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Mix the rest of the icing sugar with 1-2tbsp lime juice and pour onto the cooled cookies. Sprinkle some chopped candied ginger on top.
