chickpeas
240-250g
diced garlic
1 clove
sesame paste
2 Tbs
olive oil
1 Tbs
salt
1/2 tsp
• peppercorns
3-4
• parsley
as U like
cumin powder(option)
as U like
• paprika powder
as U like
rice malt

作り方

Blend all ingredients except for 3-4 pcs of chickpeas and other • ingredients for garnish. Mix until most large pieces are smooth. Add a dash of water or more olive oil if too thick to your preference.

Serve on crackers, baguettes or sandwiches such as pita pockets. May add lemon for some zest as well!
ポイント

Tried using black sesame paste so it turned out very cement like...
Don’t blend fully if you prefer chunky style. May also top with extra olive oil as well.
