作り方

Soup base
1. Bring 1.5L water to boil and put in galangal, onion & lemongrass and cook for 2 min
2. Put in lemon juice, fish space and chilli. Follow by chicken stock if using
3. Bring to boil

Other ingredient

1. Put all mushroom( water discard) into the Tom yum soup
2. Den follow by prawn, squid, fish and pork
