stir fried eggplant

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
eggplant sliced
4 pcs
oyster sauce
3tbsp
olive oil
2tbsp
soysauce
1tsp
pepper
1tsp
pork strips
100g pork strips
作り方

Heat olive oil in a pan and put the pork strips first. Cook until a little brownish and tender.

Once pork in brown color add garlic and onions.Saute until garlic is cooked

Add the eggplant strips,oyster sauce,soysauce,pepper.Cooked until tender and serve.
