Lychee,watermelon and crispy pork salad,with lime dressing

Lychee is my favourite fruit,here are a few ideas to incorporate them into savory dish.

This sure looks delicious. Can u share how to make the lime dressing? I've been trying to get a good recipe for that

I got the idea when I was browsing the internet and I thought that's interesting using watermelon and pork belly in a salad!
