Lychees and rose bread

An imitation of awarding winning bread from Taiwanese baker 吳寶春.
Made with my own natural yeast,homemade dried lychees and store bought dried rose.

It's not bad,especially the taste,I feel it's close to what I expected,but there are things still need to be improved!
It's really not easy,especially with natural yeast,there are so much to consider,I need lots of help from you,because you are one of the best bread baker around!
But I would love to recommend this combination to you,lychees and rose are amazing together,and becomes so special to be found in a bread!
This is my first time,lychee flavour is definitely there,rose too,but I think I'll add a little more rose next time.
But I wish I could find commercial dried lychee,it was too much work!
