Korean Naeng Myeon (Cold noodle) had lots of varieties per restaurants. But only a few are known as top levels though. This Naeng Myeon is famous for 100% buckwheat noodle ( very rare) with pure Korean beef (Han Woo) broth for 70 yrs of resturant's history.
