Vegan 'carbonara' 🍝🌱

Whole grain pasta
Cashews
Soy cuisine or plant milk
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Red onion
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Italian herbs

Nutritional yeast flakes
Parsley

Cook your pasta and soak the cashews

Cook the garlic and red onion first (add a little bit of water), then add the zucchini and mushrooms

In a blender, put the cashews, soy cuisine (or plant milk), turmeric and all the other spices, nutritional yeast flakes and a little bit of water💧

Mix the 'carbonara sauce' that you just blended with the vegetables and add the pasta 🤗
