レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
London Broil ( clean, cut, in cubes and frozen)
2 pounds
Burgal (cracked wheat)
2 cups
Fine chopped onion
1 small onion
Chopped parsley
3/4 cup
Salt
1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
All spice
1/2 tsp
Chile pepper
3 tsp
Paparika
1 tsp
Ice cold water
As much as needed
作り方

Add frozen cubed meat, salt, paprika to food processor and slowly add about 1/4 cups of cold ice water while grinding to smooth out meat. Put in ziplock to keep in freezer until ready to make. Get a big, wide bowl and add a section of the burgal, onion, Cinnamon, all spice, salt, chile pepper. Add cold water to bowl and grab and grind mixture with hands. When ready, grab meat from freezer and add half of the bag in the bowl and combine with hands by grinding together. Add water when desired to make sure it moist, add the rest of the bag and continue to combine smoothly. When combined, add parsley and place by cutting off ovals with hands in a circle. Serve ONLY FRESH.
ポイント

Serve in individual portion arranged in a circle. Cut out with signature finger imprint. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
