Grind flour and margarine(250g). Add sugar and salt. One by one add the yolks and knead the dough, then add sour cream spoon by spoon and finish kneading.

Split the dough into 4 parts. Roll out the dough (each part) into a sheet 4-5mm thick.

Melt margarine and butter and grease 4sheets. Roll every sheet to a stick (4pc). Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1hour.

Whip the egg whites with sugar to a firm form, add walnuts.

Each roll split into equal slices of 1cm. Roll out each piece very thin. Apply filling (1tsp) on the half of every piece.

Wrap kiflyk, connecting the edges of each side and slightly bend the middle. Put ready kiflyky on parchment and bake at 180C for about 40-50min, until golden brown. Then let them to cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
