Boil the potatoes till soft. It should take about 15 minutes.

Mash the potatoes into smooth consistency. Add egg yolk, a dollop of heavy cream and mayo. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour some olive oil into a heated pan, stir fry the garlic and onion. Add carrot and stiry fry till slightly cooked.

Add beef into the pan and stir fry. Pour the canned tomatoes and continue to stir.

Add some worchester sauce and cream to taste.

Pour the meat mixture into a baking pan and spread the mashed potatoes onto the meat mixture. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and put it into the pre-heated oven at 140 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
