材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Cooked rice
1 1/2 cups
Cooked beans
1 1/2 cups
White Onion
1/2
Poblano Pepper
1
Garlic
2 cloves
Banana Vinegar
1 tbs
Olive oil
2 - 3 tbs
Cilantro
2 tbs
作り方

Fine dice all veggies.

Sauté onion in 2 tbs oil until just brown, add poblano cook until soft, then add garlic.

Add cooked rice and stir until veggies are incorporated add additional 1tbs of oil if needed.

Deglaze with some bean broth and add the beans.

Stir gently until incorporated and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper and banana vinegar to taste.

Toss in cilantro and stir one last time to incorporate.
ポイント

Can add bacon, sausage, chorizo, or any other protein when sautéing the onion for more protein.

Top with eggs for breakfast. Or serve as a side for lunch or dinner.

Can subsitute red, white, or rice wine vinegar.
