Risotto(uni-edition)

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Rice
2,5 cups
Onion or diced veggies
Water
Cream milk
Pepper

First,you saute the diced veggies(preferred instead of onion,I don't like onions)in your pan.When the sauté is ready,you put the rice in,and then you wait till it takes colour(usually almost 7 minutes).Then,you put water in the rice,several times (and you meddle it)till it is ready for you to eat.After that,you put the cream milk,and some cheese,and a lot of pepper,and just a little bit of salt.After almost 1,5 minute,it is ready to be served.Bon appetite!
ポイント

Be careful with the rice,meddle it well,cause otherwise it will be stucked in the pan.Also,you can put anything you want in the Risotto,such as peppers,ham,ect.,I just show you the main recipe,with ingredients I usually have in my fridge
