Pho Bo - Vietnamese Rice Noodle w/ Beef Tender Soup

Kind of stylish form of Pho Bo. Taste was OK but no match to local Pho, just same as BiBim Bap at luxury hotel is never better than at my humble neighborhood restaurants.
