Chop all the vegetables and fry them with oil. When the vegetables are fried, let it cool down and then add salt, pepper, cheese and dried onion.

Cut the pastry sheets in small squares; with a spoon add the mixture on the pastry sheets squares and put up all the corners then close it with toothpick. Brush some egg on the surface. Bake them at 190-200C for 40-50min.
