Happening now!! I rubbed these ribs down with wishbone Italian dressing, and then seasoned with a rub made from sugar, salt, onion flakes, black pepper, granulated onion and garlic, and paprika. I also sprinkled a little liquid smoke on them. Yeah, I know, I know. They went into a 550 degree F oven for 20 minutes, and then back down to 250 until done. After roasting for about an hour, I basted the ribs with the Italian dressing and sprinkled on a little more rub.
