Warm milk with 1tbs of sugar. Separately we mix the yolks with the remain 2tbs sugar, and mix well then add oil.

In the big bowl we put the flour, in the middle add yeast and pour warm milk. Add the yolk mixture and knead the dough and leave it for 45min.

The dough has risen, turn it onto lightly floured surface and roll it to a thickness of about 2cm. Cut it into equal squares.

Fill each square with one of the filling using small spoon, wrap it into the ronde shape.

Put each kolach on the baking sheet with the seam down. Brush it with the white of eggs mixed with a bit of water. Sprinkle it with crumble and bake them in preheated oven 180C for 20min.

Poppy filling. Put all ingredients into small pan and heat it until it’s thicken.

Crumble. Mix. Melted butter, add flour, sugar and vanilla.
