Nasi Kerabu/Herbed Rice with condiments from top clockwise : budu/fish sauce; lada solok/stuffed peppers with mackerel, shallot & grated coconut cooked in coconut milk; daging bakar/grilled beef slices; kerabu/ mixed salad of shredded cucumber /Chinese cabbage/Vietnamese or Thai mint/ long beans/ square beans; telur masin/salted duck egg; serunding ikan/ dry-fried mackerel flakes & grated coconut-shallot-lemongrass; air lada/blended chili paste with palm sugar & lime juice; keropok ikan/fish cracker; Ayam goreng/fried chicken; ikan goreng celup tepung/ deep fried battered mackerel; Nasi Kerabu bunga talang/ butterfly-pea rice drizzled with Kuah Tumis/ spiced coconut gravy cooked fish sauce.....
