Sip the flour, place it in bowl, add salt, baking powder and mix.

Mix egg, yogurt and milk separately, and then add to flour. Mix everything well and knead with hands into it gets compact, soft non sticky dough. Add more flour if necessary.

On floured surface spread the dough using rolling pin around 1cm thick and cut in squares. Put oil in a deeper pot on medium-high heat fry on both sides for few min until golden brown.

Serve warm with cottage cheese, ajvar or plain or Greek yogurt, or with jam / coated in sugar powder.
