Italian chicken rice bake

レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 人分)
2 tblsps olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
400 grms chicken
2 cups medium grain rice , rinsed
1 tblsp tomato paste
1 litter (4 cups ) real chicken stock
1/4 cup green peas
Grated cheese and parsley to server (optional)

Preheat oven to 180C .

2. Heat oil in large , foameproof casserole dish over medium heat .Add onions ,garlic cook ,stirring occasionally until soft add chicken cook until brown stirring occasionally about 6mins .until cook

Add rice , tomato paste and chicken real stock and green peas , bring to boil cover with led 。Transfers to oven

Baked appropriately 25mins or until rice become tender and liquid has almost been absorbed.

Serve immediately garnish with parsley and cheese.

(I forgot while boiling add pinch of salt and black pepper for taste ) this is in number 3 before baking .
ポイント

Check the amount of the chicken stock it’s might be too much for your rice it’s really depend on the rice some rice just need small amount of liquid some need plenty ...
