Chop the onion and cook in a frying pan till translucent. Cool it off. Make two hard boiled egg and cut it in small pieces.

Cook spinach in water and drain it. With a little bit of oil cook it in the frying pan adding the milk. Add a little bit of salt and cut it. In a large bowl mix together meat, breadcrumbs soaked in water, two egg yolks, vegeta, salt/pepper and onion.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Place a 30cm aluminum foil on work surface and sprinkle with oil.

Place meat mixture onto the one foil and flatten into a thin rectangle, then layer slices of ham evenly, then spinach and finally eggs. Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese.

With the long end of the foil roll the meat tightly into the firmly packed spiral, peeling back the foil as you go. Cover the sides of the spiral with meat well.

Cover the meatloaf with aluminum foil well from all sides, set in the oven tray and pour water in the tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 30min, then take off the aluminum foil and continue baking for another 20min.

Allow to rest till cooled down and then slice to serve. Best to eat warm.
