Ingredients: 1 dough ball california pizza dough; a handful leftover roasted turkey breast diced; 2 tbsp leftover cranberries sauce; 2 tbsp leftover turkey gravy; a few spread unsalted butter; 2 cloves garlic finely sliced; a handful low moisture mozzarella freshly shredded; a handful sharp cheddar freshly shredded; a drizzle truffle oil

california pizza dough: 1 dough ball

leftover roasted turkey breast diced: a handful

leftover cranberries sauce: 2 tbsp

leftover turkey gravy: 2 tbsp

unsalted butter: a few spread

garlic finely sliced: 2 cloves

low moisture mozzarella freshly shredded: a handful

sharp cheddar freshly shredded: a handful

truffle oil: a drizzle

作り方

0: lets prepare the pizza: you can find directions, tips and tricks in my california pizza dough recipe. preheat oven to the highest. place the pizza stone in the middle rack or inverted baking tray

1: once pizza is shaped, spread butter over the pizza, leaving a 1/4 inch border. distribute the garlic evenly across the pizza. top it off with turkey and dollop of cranberries sauce. top it off with cheddar and mozzarella. drizzle the gravy in a spiral motion over the top

2: carefully and gently slide the pizza onto the pizza stone or the inverted baking tray. bake until the top is molten brown and slightly charred and bottom is crisp and brown. remove the pizza from the oven, immediately drizzle truffle oil in a spiral motion over the top. slice and serve! voila! boxing day pizza!
