Place your pot on the stove, pour your condensed milk into the pot a add 100g of water.

Mix properly for 10secs on high heat.
Mix your oat with little water, and pour mixture into the milk and stir.

Stir continuously on low heat till it's perfectly cooked.

Add more water if necessary to get your desired consistency.

Let it cool and serve. Add your milk and any toppings of your choice.
