About keeping a sourdough starter, however, the sheer amount of waste has bugged me. I set out to find a way to utilize some that discarded starter. There are lots of recipes out there from pizza dough to waffle and beyond that use the sourdough discarded. So these crackers are one of the solutions to utilize the discarded starter.
