Oyster makhani

Only in Japan I see oyster curry,never from India,but when I saw Kenobi San's oyster masala,it reminds me that it's totally doable.I had leftover tomato passata at home,I went for the butter and tomato curry.
Hi Mr Kenobi,what a brilliant idea using oyster in Indian curry,oysters go really well with spices!I also tried having oyster blended in the sauce,I love it,but I didn't have enough this time,so I left them whole.

I'm addicted to oyster this season. Having lots of oysters at home and restaurants!
Actually I found this way from internet, I was also impressed when I found that.
Most important point is blending chopped oysters in it in the middle, I think. So I tried immediately!

Oyster has strong flavour and could pair spices really well,not a traditional curry material,but Japanese has made it a great one!
I have been to coco curry house,didn't notice they have this,have to try next time!

I can tell you love oyster,you profile is full of delicious oysters dishes this winter,I was especially attracted by this,I also had oyster curry before,but never a specific Indian variety,I think it totally works!I had leftover tomato passata at home,so I made a makhani!
I agree,chopped oyster in curry sauce makes it so much flavoursome!
